Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the BacanaDesk website, trials, Community Edition, Professional Edition, and related services.
Using BacanaDesk
You must use BacanaDesk lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, or interfere with the security or operation of the software.
Accounts and self-hosting
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, backups, and the security and availability of infrastructure on which you self-host BacanaDesk. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trials, editions, and purchasing
Professional trials provide temporary access to Professional features. If a trial is not upgraded, the account may transition to the Community Edition. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms shown during purchase apply to the selected plan.
Intellectual property
BacanaDesk and its branding, software, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted under an applicable license are reserved.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep BacanaDesk reliable and secure, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing.
Liability and termination
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. Any limits of liability in a separate written agreement will control where applicable.
